Today was a challenge!!! It wasn't so much the subject as it was the mind set. You really can't paint when you are preoccupied. I tried to focus, but the more I stopped to get in the zone, the more life swished by my periphery in warp speed. Distracting. My mind was racing. But. I was determined. Thank you, God.

:-). It is a moody strawberry! What an astute observation! Yesterday was hectic...like today, but I powered through. I'm glad my emotions conspired to create something beautiful. It could just as easily have gone the other way!
By the way, I was thrilled to eat it afterwards... An earned reward! I love your candle drawing.
